Case Study

A Fact-Led, Multilingual LinkedIn Programme

Challenge / Objective

SkyGeo needed a consistent LinkedIn presence in English, Dutch and for Latin America, in a technical field where a single wrong claim damages credibility. The objective was a steady publishing rhythm across three audiences, with editorial standards strong enough to keep every post accurate.

Workstreams

  • Set the cadence: twice weekly in English, weekly in Dutch and weekly for Latin America, with Dutch posts focused on oil and gas and civil infrastructure, and on global or Netherlands topics.

  • Wrote the house style for SkyGeo LinkedIn copy: full connected sentences, no rhetorical questions, abbreviations spelt out, countries named on first mention.

  • Built an editorial bank of 260 posts from sourced research batches, with a claims-change log so every figure can be traced to its source.

  • Set up the production pipeline: reviewed copy workbooks, a SocialPilot upload with approval gates for slide order, language, links and targeting, a script to assemble carousel PDFs, and Canva for design.

  • Created a repeatable series that turns each SkyGeo client case study into a LinkedIn post set, using the Rotterdam high-rise white paper set as the template.

  • Used ChatGPT and Claude for research, drafting and production, with every post checked against the rules and the sources before scheduling.

Results

  • A 260-post editorial bank and 186 publishing rows prepared for scheduling.

  • 46+ branded carousel posts produced across SkyGeo’s sectors.

  • A documented rulebook and claims log, so new posts meet the same standard whoever produces them.

Bottom Line

Content at scale only works with editorial discipline. This programme combined AI-assisted research and production with clear human rules, giving SkyGeo a reliable voice in three markets.
