During my five years at Laureate Online Education, I was responsible for global digital marketing strategy and student acquisition across a portfolio of international online degree programs. I led multi-channel performance campaigns—combining paid search, SEO, display, and content—to reach and convert learners worldwide.

In a role that balanced strategy with execution, I optimized every stage of the marketing funnel: from media planning to landing page design, from messaging strategy to conversion tracking. I collaborated with regional teams, academic leaders, and enrollment staff to ensure our campaigns met both cultural relevance and commercial goals.

I also helped build and operationalize Laureate’s global marketing infrastructure—introducing performance dashboards, improving web analytics capabilities, and driving an ongoing program of testing and optimization. The role placed me at the intersection of education, tech, and growth marketing, and cemented my passion for purpose-driven digital engagement.
