As Marketing Manager - and then Director - at Walking the Talk, I led the global marketing function for one of the world’s foremost culture transformation consultancies. I joined at a pivotal point—tasked with elevating the firm’s market positioning, modernizing its brand, and building a scalable, digital-first marketing engine that could drive sustained growth.
Over seven years, I oversaw the development and execution of global marketing strategies spanning demand generation, content, events, webinars, CRM, and SEO. I worked closely with our consulting team to translate deep subject matter expertise into high-value content—ebooks, articles, videos, and toolkits—that fueled lead generation and sales enablement.
I also built marketing operations from the ground up, establishing campaign calendars, performance tracking, and content workflows. Beyond day-to-day delivery, I played a key strategic role in preparing the business for acquisition and in supporting its post-acquisition integration into ZRG’s wider consulting business.

Spearheaded a comprehensive company rebrand (2019 – 2020)—refreshing identity, messaging, and digital presence—which elevated market valuation and positioned the firm for its successful acquisition by U.S. talent-advisory leader ZRG.
