Reporting to the SVP of Growth Marketing & Brand Activation, I own the global go-to-market agenda across culture transformation, executive coaching, leadership acceleration, and business & operational excellence. My remit spans brand stewardship, acquisition integration, demand generation, and content authority.
I partner with business presidents, practice leaders, and sales to translate commercial goals into data-driven campaigns that resonate with C-suite buyers. From ABM and field marketing to SEO-fuelled thought leadership, every program is measured against pipeline and revenue impact. I also steward “One ZRG” brand cohesion—integrating Walking the Talk, Brimstone, and Bravanti into a single, challenger-positioned portfolio.

Orchestrated the post-acquisition integration of Walking the Talk, Brimstone, and Bravanti—harmonising brand identity, messaging, and digital assets in under six months—to launch the unified ZRG Consulting Solutions business unit and unlock immediate cross-sell opportunities.
